Rijschool All Drive is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy statement.

2. What data do we process?

We only process data you give us yourself:

• Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and your message.
• Through WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number or email address and the content of the conversation.
• When you enrol: your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address, and the details needed to book your exam with the CBR.
• During your training: your lesson schedule, your progress and your payments.

3. Why do we process your data?

We do not use your data for any other purpose and never sell it to third parties.

• To answer your question or trial lesson request.
• To schedule your lessons and carry out our agreement with you.
• To book your practical exam or interim test with the CBR.
• To meet legal obligations, such as the tax retention requirement.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We only share your data when necessary:

• The CBR, to book your exam or test.
• Our hosting and email provider, which processes the website and contact form messages for us.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
• Elfsight, which shows the Google reviews on our website. When this loads, Elfsight receives technical data such as your IP address.
• Google (Google Analytics), only if you agree in the cookie banner.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile), which checks on our forms that you are not a spam bot. For this, Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Turnstile only uses these for the security check.

5. How long do we keep your data?

• Messages through the contact form, WhatsApp or email are kept as long as needed to handle your question.
• Data about your training is kept until your training has ended.
• Invoices and payment details are kept for 7 years, as required by law.

6. Cookies

We measure how the website is used in two ways. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies and without data that identifies you personally.

We also use Google Analytics, but only if you agree in the cookie banner. Google then places analytics cookies (starting with _ga) and receives data about your visit, such as the pages you view and a shortened IP address. We do not share data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

The Elfsight review widget is loaded from an external server. Elfsight may place its own cookies; see Elfsight's privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing, restrict it or have your data transferred. Send your request to info@rijschoolalldrive.nl. We respond within one month.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
